帕馬森奧瑞岡蒜香烤番茄

 

趁剛好價低買到一批牛番茄,順便來變變花招。通常我比較愛烤小番茄,味道比較濃郁。剛好看到這道食譜,不費力就能當作一道配菜,趕緊來試試。食材呢,都在名稱裡了。完全沒有技巧呀,是上班族的好幫手!

 

[食材] 2人份

1. 牛番茄2顆

2. 蒜末適量

3. 帕馬森起司適量

4. 奧瑞岡適量

5. 橄欖油、鹽適量

 

[做法]

1. 牛番茄切片,蒜頭切末。取一烤盤,鋪上番茄片後,撒上適量蒜末、帕馬森起司、奧瑞岡香料、橄欖油、鹽巴。

2. 將烤盤放入預熱過的烤箱,烤20-30分鐘。(依個人烤箱而定,我的烤箱算是陽春)
